Community Cultivator is a community-driven network designed to help military spouses build meaningful connections, grow professionally, and find opportunities—both in their careers and in their communities.
Membership is for military spouses who are ready to engage, contribute, and grow—whether you’re job searching, building skills, or looking for a stronger sense of community.
Membership is currently free for military spouses. Our goal is to remove barriers to connection, resources, and opportunity.
Members gain access to:

• Exclusive members-only experiences
Community Cultivator is built on participation. Members are encouraged to engage, attend events, and contribute to the community. It’s a give-and-get experience, not a passive one.
Possibly in the future. As Community Cultivator grows, additional optional offerings may be introduced for expanded career support and programming.
Yes. You can cancel your membership at any time. There is no long-term commitment required.
No. While career growth is a focus, the community also supports connection, belonging, and personal development through events, volunteering, and networking.
Community Cultivator is locally rooted and relationship-driven. It focuses on building real connections, turning volunteering into experience, and creating opportunities through community engagement.
If you’re in California (outside San Diego), you’re invited to join as a full member with access to virtual programming and future in-person opportunities. If you’re outside California, you can join the interest list. As Community Cultivator grows, you’ll be invited to engage in virtual programming and future expansion opportunities.
